[ID:2939] From: Mr Joseph Losh / To: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / Regarding: Mrs (Patient) / 2 December 1786 / (Incoming)
Letter from Joseph Losh, concerning the case of an unnamed married lady of about 30, 'of a lively disposition & healthy Constitution rather inclin'd to Corpulency'. She had a stillborn child about a year ago, and a live one about 10 weeks ago. Since the first pregnancy, her belly has remained swollen: she still looks 'like a full gone Pregnant Wowman', and she has a vaginal discharge. She is much distressed by both symptoms.
