I am once more going to give you the
troble to wait one Dr Cullin and acquaint him
that I have been very bad last winter & Spring
with the Complaint in the Side of my head I have
a great pain & itching both in the inside and outside
of my Nostril the Skin in the inside is very tender &
Bloods a little Sometimes the pain goes up through
my head and Eye and brow always wors when in Bed
it likewise Effects my Mouth with great heat and pain
in my Gums and tongue also Smal Blister on the
inside of my lips I am still Apprehensive it will turn
to a Canser it hath hung about Me so long but always
wors in the Spring I was much relieved by the
Stomach tinctur I got last year and Much vexed
that the recept & Medecin was lost Coming hear
pleas acquaint the Dr that I have Such a weakness in
my Stomach that I can get no medcine taken but such
as Strenthens the Stomach & easy to Digest I wish it
were rather Duratick then otherways Send a large quantity
of the Medecine that is to be taken inwardly as I am Sure
my Blood is bad Send the Duble quantity of what the
Dr will order for it Cannot be got hear and I never
receved any benefits from any thing I ever took but
what Dr Cullin ordred. You will likewise acquaint
him I have a great weakness in my Back but no pain
with a great pain and Coldness and Stiffness in my Knees
and ancles which is So bad that I can walk little
without help I thought my Self a very little better
of the Annodone oil but it was indeed very little
however told the Dr that I was weel told a
great falshood I beg the Dr to beleve nothing
but from my Self

I know the Dr will order Some thing for
my back that I have not tryd yet let it be Carefuly
packed with every other thing which will greatly
oblige
