Dear Sir,

I wish I cou'd say that Mr. Wallis's
Complaint was any Way reliev'd by the
Course of Medicine he has steadily pursued;
he tells me his Feelings are exactly the
same, nor did he ever find the least Altera¬
tion except on the Days he took the Sal Rupellensis and then the Pain in his Head was
always increas'd notwithstanding he had no
more than two or three stools - He will be
much oblig'd to you for your further Advice
and Assistance - Before I conclude,
permitt me to return you my sincere
thanks for your kind Letter - My Complaint
is considerably abated and the recurrences
are very slight - I intirely agree with you
that avoiding the exciting Causes is all that
can be done -

I am Dear Sir! with great Regard
your obedient servant
Wm. Ingham
