He is consumptive, from a scrophulous family, and has had influenza: 'Mr. Orr you'll find to be very intelligent man – who will give you a minute history of his ailment'.27 June 1782

He gives advice on medicines and blistering. Originally enclosed with document 2243, which the patient brought to Cullen in person.27 June 1782
