Upon discovering from Cullen's reply that he had forgot some of the particulars of Mrs Orr's case, her friends insisted Taylor write to Cullen to remind him of them. Reply, for 'Mrs. Orr'. Cullen is still puzzled regarding the nature of Mrs Orr's complaints. Though at first he considered them as an affection of the nervous system, he is now persuaded they may 'depend upon an Organic affection' of the brain. He outlines his process for answering questions during busy periods and invites Taylor to report on his case of tetanus he mentioned in his previous letter.15 March 1785
