Daughter of William Cook of Thockrington. Younger sister of Michael, who died in 1786, and John of Gallowhill, and of Dorothy (Mrs Hepple). Another brother died before 1785 of phthisis. She is claimed to have a “love of drink†- something she had in common with John. |
