Sir

By a Letter from the Country which was wrote
before your opinion for my uncle Mr. George Dunbar
could have arrived, I learnt that he was then greatly
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] better of the Complaints he formerly mentioned & that
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] the disorder was fallen down to his toe which made
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] him think it a Gout, but that since he had been
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] relieved of the acute distress he has been remarkably
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] with the headach and ringing in the ears and is
[Start of margin text]"[End of margin text] almost stone deaf. - These Circumstances he desired
might be communicated to you in case you should
think it necessary to make some addition to what
you formerly ordered for him - I am going to set
out for that Country tomorrow morning and if
you have any thing further to advise it will
be extremely obliging to send it to me tonight.
I am with the utmost respect Sir

Your most ObedientHumble Servant
