A case of Hydrothorax not quite desperate
Mr Dawsons vomiting blistering & squills commended
Vomiting may be repeated with caution
blistering may be ↑tried again &↑ afterwards
Squills not to be continued long without Diuretic effects
Hydrogogue Purgatives improper
The only medicine the following Electuary

Take 2 ounces sublimate powdered Crystal Tartar, 1 drachm grated Nuc. moschat. 1 ounce powdered French prune, a sufficient quantity of simple syrup as that makes a thin Electuary or Linctus - [Note?] if sometimes dry let a sufficient quantity of simple syrup be added again as that makes it move well


Gentle Riding - Low diet - Little drink
Ordinary drink acidulated water -
Dry warm flannel or flesh brush
