Reverend Mr. Dunbar
Reverend Sir,

I am favoured with yours of the 3d. just ↑now↑ and
shall be very willing to give you the best Advice I can
I take your ailment to be entirely a weakness of your
Stomach
and if you Ride so much on horseback
as you tell me d you do I am surprised at its con¬
tinuing so long. I must however advise you to con¬
tinue the practice as often as weather and con¬
veniency will allow. You say your Evacuations
are irregular which is not commonly the Case and
I advise you to take care that you are not at
any time affected with Costiveness. In attending
to this and to your Riding I hope the prescrip¬
tion on other page will be of Service to you
Try it at least for two weeks and let me know
how it has answered and then you shall have further
advice from

Sir your most Obedient Servant
{illeg} [February?] 1785
