For Mrs. Watt
1 A troublesome circumstance in Mrs. Watts
complaints is the soreness of her Nose which is not only
troublesome in itself but is chiefly the occasion of
all the trouble she has about her head. On this account

the same materials for a gargle as before to be
prepared and used in the same manner as before
3 I have likewise sent a quantity of the
Stomachic tincture to be used in the same manner
as before.
4 I have likewise sent a {illeg} Balsam to be
used for anointing her back and other pained
