His complaint is headach, giddiness & constant noise in one
ear. - I have ordered Castor-oil as a Laxative a ℥ſs
ad ℥ij 1 & the blister to be applied to the nape of the
neck, part of it to be kept open for some time as
an Issue-

1: '...from a half-ounce to two ounces'.
