Normalized Text

[Page 1]
Mrs Hunter of Thurston.---

In great danger of a Phthisis - Her symptoms may be better & worse, but no
material change can happen till she is delivered - The blister probably did her
service in taking off the straitening of her breast sooner than might otherwise
have happened.- if any difficult of breathing return it may again be of service
Pectoral Mixture may have good effect tho not perceptible in so obstinate a case --
Bark & Elix. vitriol. I consider still as safe & they may be of use to her
stomach. The inflammation of the Eye & headache, she has complained of for some days
are certainly connected & Leeches may be safely applied.- Nothing new to
advise - go on palliating.- the disease will neither kill nor cure soon.
If she must come in to her children, she must a bed coach ---
