Dear Cousin


I have often given you troble one the follouing
subject but I think this will be the last as I am very
Delicate and weak
now pleas take the troble to wait on
Dr Cullin and acquaint him that I am greatly trobled
with a weakness in my Back but no pain likewise
a great pain in my knees and ancle with a great
stiffness
and always Cold I found little benifite
from the annodone oyl and would wish to use something
new – I have had a pain in my left Breast for
some weeks past there is no hardness nor no
DisColouring
only a heat and pain when I use
my left arm or am working at any thing there is
no swelling at least very little I hope it will
be easily removed as it is taken in time –
I am still trobled with the heat and pain in
the inside of my Nostril but it is not so ill
as formerly it is worse at spring and fall –
I am much Distressed with a weakness in my
stomach but can take no Medecine but what
is Diuretic
as I am much trobled with a Strangury
Likewise Rheumatisms in my hands and arms
which makes me very uneasie they are most painfull
when in bed

I am still uneasie with a heat & foulness & soreness
in my mouth but need no Gargles as I have still some
of them hear I have often been the Better of what the
Dr ordred me but I am afraid it will not be the Case
now as I am able to take almost no exercise &
like to lose the use of my legs and so very weak
send a larger quantity of the medicine than the Doctor
will order send me the receipt along with the medicine


Excuse all this troble which will greatly oblige
