Dear Madam


Since writing you of this Date I have
had a Consultation with an eminent Phisician
here Who from the Description I have him of Jamies
Complaints is led to think it proceeds from Worms
he says that he does not think from his freshness
of Colour ↑and Eye that it proceeds from any Obstruction of
the
Gall Bladder. he recommends Clysters of
Jallap and Milk 10 Grains at a time and
given at Bedtime and to take some Reubarb
next Morning. I thought it right to write
you this without Loss of Time Doctor Cullen
and Mr Wood who are upon the Spot should
however know best they will excuse my writing
this way anxious to the utmost for my
