Mr Jeffray who will deliver this
letter is a young man who I have taken
the liberty of introducing to you.


He has been two years a student of Physick
here & was last session with you at
Edinburgh. Mr Alston our patient died
in a day or two after I received your
letter. I wished to have him opened
but I found it could not be done. His
Father has used the Lixivium regularly
& is upon the whole rather better.


I beg my respectfull Compliments to
Mrs Cullen I ever am Dear Sir
