I wrote you a few
lines yesterday I got some rest last
Night but am still very uneasy
the Piles are very large and the
end of the rectum within and
without so strait and tender
that it will be very difficult
to get any Passage. Whither {illeg}
will Cream of Tartar Sulpher
or Castor Oil answer best. -
I propose before it work in case
of hardend excrement a little
Lintseed Tea and Oil covering the
the injection Pipe with Pins¬
tripe 1 do you know of any better
method than what I have
proposed shall I apply any
thing to the Piles I did nothing Yesterday. Your an¬
swer will oblige
