The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh
[ID:1604] From: Mr Charles Fleming (Fleeming; of Montgomeryfield) / To: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / Regarding: Miss Semple (Simple) (Patient) / 16? December? 1778 / (Incoming)
Case of Miss Simple, drawn up by Mr Fleming. Unsigned and undated, but annotated as December 1778. Probably sent as an enclosure (cover-letter untraced), Cullen's reply in Document 4351 mentions this report on her pulse being 100, so this case-note must presumably pre-date 18 December by a day or two (having been sent to Edinburgh from Irvine).
