According to your desire I trouble you
with this to inform you how I have been
since I received your advice. I have observed
your directions every day since as to the riding
as the weather would permit it but finds
the small pile & the heat & Ichyness in
those parts prove very pa↑i↑nful & uneasy
to me in that exercise. The Liquid I have
also used bit now it has not the same
effect as at first of abating the excesive
pain. The Sulphur has the desired effect
but that continual pressure & inclination to
stool, still continues with a continual Belsh¬
ing up of wind which I take to be a great
cause of my disorder as when I pass it down¬
wardly freely (which is seldom) gives me grea↑t↑
ease. I have sleept better since but some
particular nights. I can not fall upon rest
owing to a heat & disorders through my body
