Letter from Dr Charles Stewart of Strachur concerning the case of his wife, who suffers from fluor albus and vaginal discomfort. The letter is addressed to Mr Ivie Campbell, apothecary. He writes: 'And if you think proper to consult any medi[c]al Gentleman you may believe I shall not grudge the Expence'. As Stewart was only awarded his DD by St Andrews in 1804, this may date the annotation.7 February 1789
