Reply to Mrs Little, concerning her case, which appears to concern aiding conception. Cullen gives dietary advice on the badly copied pages, and also advice on when to have sex: 'you ought not to admitt your Husband but when you are very well disposed to it, and a good deal of abstinence on both sides is often the surest means of its success, and when you are to come together I hold the Evening to be be better than the morning, especially when after a good deal of moderate exercise you have a chance for a good sleep in the night.' Extremely poor copy in first two pages. The recipe is headed 'For Dr Cullen' with 'Mrs Little' added above.21 September 1785
