Letter from John Westmorland, concerning his own case. He mentions contacting Cullen '[o]n the tenth of February last', and reports that now '[m]y spirits are less hurried, and those unnatural heats and chilly fits, with which I have been long afflicted, are abating very perceptibly', and that 'the nocturnal Emissions' have ceased after he began sleeping on his side. He requests more of the pills which Cullen had previously prescribed.22 April 1785
