Dr Heysham Concerning Miss Brown --

She is threatened with a dangerous Disease; but it is not yet so far
confirmed &c as to make us despair of her relief -

I believe the bleedings may have been proper, but I suspect they
have been pushed far enough -- I would now advise a Blister to be
applied between her shoulders and a part of turned into a Perpetual blister
or if that be troublesome put a Pea Issue behind her shoulder.

Gentle Exercise in a Carriage as much as she can bear ––
Diet of milk & Farinacea, Asses or Mares Milk &c -
Expressed juice of Tussilago leaves to be tried - often of much benefit
I have no objection to the Tinct. Cort. Peruv. but believe it {illeg}
cannot be pushed far. - Elix. vitr extremely proper -
Your Opiate will probably become more & more necessary, but if
much employed will increase the night sweatings-----
