Sir/


I have been a considerable time afflicted
with ↑an Exulceration or↑ excoriation, at the Neck of the Bladder, atten¬
ded with frequent Haemorrhages from that part;
I have taken Solutions of Gum-Arabic, the Bark
without effect; should therefore be glad if you will
prescribe some Medicine to releave this Complaint
have Inclos'd two Pound, which I beg your acceptance
off, & if your Medicine has the desired effect you
may depend upon my grateful Acknowledgments
