Madam

I am very happy to find you in some
respects better and in no ways worse. I find nothing to
say to you now but to join in Mr Fullartons recommenda¬
tion of the cold bath even thorough the winter. If you
cannot part with the Tea I beg of you to take it very weak
and very cool. Costiveness is very bad for you and if milk
occasions it this must be let alone. I hope you have
not so much occasion for it as you had. When you have
any thing to say to me (and you may say when you please)
let Mr Fullarton write me. With Compliments to
Mr Campbell I am
