The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh
[ID:592] From: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / To: Mr James Reid / Regarding: Miss Welsh (Patient), Miss Welsh (Patient) / 30 June 1782 / (Outgoing)
Reply regarding Mr Welsh's two daughters. Cullen largely agrees with their Reid's care, although suggests horseback riding and pectoral pills in addition. This is a supplement to Cullen's reply of the 26th June 1872 (Doc [ID:588] ) which was written in a hurry so Mr Welsh could have the most urgent advice passed to him immediately. No evidence of postage on this copy but related letter does suggest that this second letter would be sent by post.
