For Mrs Schaw.


Continue Regimen & Remedies formerly advised,
but the Medicines intermitted for some weeks; but if
Costiveness comes on, take as much of the Electuary as will
keep her regular and no more; and if the Urine become Scanty
and high coloured
let her return to the use of both the
Medicines a week or two.


Continue her Diet particularly as the Season grows
warm; but as the warm season advances she may take
a good deal of garden things while young and tender
avoiding the colder & flatulent. -- She may take small fruit
Strawberries with wine & water & Pepper rather than
Cream --


Continue carefully fresh air & exercise particularly
going on horseback ---


Avoid the heat of the Sun both without & within
Doors. - Use large airy chambers &cc.


No change necessary in the former Prescriptions
