For Miss Ord. Weetwood & Mr Wilson

I am sorry for her return of complaints but think you
account for them & I would add that she had perhaps a
little too much fatigue when here. I hope a return to the
Regimen & the bark will have made her quite well before
now. At least it is too late for me to advise without knowing
farther of her present circumstances.

I find no reason to change my opinion of Mr Wil¬
son's case & as little for giving any new advice. The
disease cannot be cured but may be relieved bu first, avoi¬
ding all bodily labour. 2. by being much on horseback,

sary but if he neglect his regimen & severe fits come on
Let him employ the Prescription I sent him by you & if
he has been in any degree costive before & finds much
wind in his bowels a Laxative glyster will relieve his
fits. Keep constantly a peaissue behind his shoulder.

I am at no loss to understand what is the medicine
contained in the Phial but the medicine I have given
will I expect answer as well.
