For Mr Wilson Queries

The account sufficiently clear &c Am sorry to observe
that after it has subsisted so long it must be difficult
to remove - To advise properly I would wish to know
what remedies that have been employed & for that
purpose have subjoined the following Queries.

In the mean time the following Prescription I hope
will be of service. It is chiefly intended for morning
fits & would not have him employ it in the Evening
fits unless they are uncommonly severe.

Besides this I would advise no other Medicine at present
but desire that a Pea Issue may be put into behind
his shoulder as soon as possible

Queries

1 Has he not a Cough at other times besides those of the fits
& does not at these other times spit up a great deal of Phlegm

2 Does he keep any tolerable Appetite & does he digest
Roots Greens & other such things as are with many other people
ready to become Windy?

3 Does he digest milk easily?

4 Does his Stomach bear honey or does (↑has↑) he ever taken it
in any quantity

5 Has he ever taken Vomits & with what effect

6 Was he ever blistered & with what effect.

[Page 2]

7 Were ever Glysters employed in the time of fits to relieve
the griping & fullness of his Bowels?

8 Was ever Laudanum or other Opiates employed in this
Case

Either Mr Wilson or his Medical Attendant are is desired
to answer these Queries & what other remedies or Medicines have
been employed.
