For Mr Dingwall.


As much fresh air & exercise at possible - Riding
out every day, that is not frosty or rainy ---
Wear a flannel Shirt and be otherwise warmly
clothed --- a low Diet. - avoiding every kind of
vegetable that may prove windy ---


Drink plain water - avoiding all kinds of
fermented or Spirituos liquor -- the only Medicine
I can advice is the following infusion of the Bark.
