Normalized Text

[Page 1]
For Captain D. S. ---

If you are quite free of all heat of Urine and of any
degree of Chordee you may disregard the little Gleet as it
will disappear very soon; but if it should linger or give you
any trouble, you may use a little of the following Injection

Take four ounces of rose Water and four grains of Sugar of Lead. Dissolve and if turbid, add to it equally measured drops of Vinegar distillate until it becomes clear. Label: For an Injection, a table spoonfull to be used at one time.

N. B. If this gives no uneasiness
& at the same time does not entirely stop the discharge
it may be made stronger.
