For C. D. S.

Take two ounces of the purest Gum Arabic make into a powder and Label: Arabic Powder.

Take one ounce of Sodium Carbonate - half an ounce of pure White Sugar prepare the powders together and Label: Cooling Powder.

Take two drachms of Unguent of Mercury without turpentine preparation four drachms of the best Olive Oil bring together, gradually adding oil ointment. Label: For an Injection [sh?]

Take one pint of Rose Water - four grains of Corrosive Sublimate of Mercury Mix. Label: For an Injection to be made weaker or stronger as the parts require it. The full of a small Syringe enough at one time. --
