Exchange Coffee House 14 March

This gentleman it seems has for a long course of years indulged him¬
self in excesses of various kinds whereby his constitution which [once?]
was good, is now greatly impaired, but what he chiefly labours under
is an almost totall decay of his generative powers occasioned as
he imagines from excess of drinking, long habitual masturbation, and
venereal disease in the cure of which mercury has been immoderately
administred. - He is at present about thirty five of a strong
robust make but is frequently troubled with great langour ,and (or)
lowness of spirits - lassitude or weakness of body - a Cough, and
bluish coloured tough expectoration - involuntary emissions of

the seminal liquer, and incomplete [erections of the?] which, if it happens
to be for any time retained in the vesells, losses it's brightness or trans¬
parency of colour and the erections of his Penis are incomplete -
Other wise he is whole and of a tolerable good habit of body

He wishes to have your best instructions as to medicine
