Mr. Malcolm wishes to get Doctor Cullen's Advice relative to the
following Complaints Vizt. ––––––

A Violent Headache in the back part of my Head for years
attended with a great Oppression & lowness of Spirits
almost a continual ringing in my Head from Ear to
Ear, which occasions a little deafness, altho I suspect
that I do not hear well naturally ---

A Weakness in the Nerves & Eruptions in my Face;
but more so, & to a farr more violent Degree since
I came to Britain –––

Notwithstanding, I sleep well in general. I commonly
wake in the Morning with a Headache & heaviness
which grows more moderate & tolerable after
getting up & taking a little Exercise –––
Subject to a bleeding at the Nose once sometimes twice a Day
occasionally by a violent cold catch'd at Harrowgate in September
last which continued about five Weeks –––
