Wall House June 17th 1779
Dear Sir


It gives me Infinit pleasure
that I can inform you that your little patient
Frank Cunningham has turned Stronger and
better every day since he arrived here and he
had a [Pigh?] which has intirely left him so ↑[Habe?]↑ I.
in a very short time that He with be quite
recovered --- the only bad Simptom I see about
Him is a great bigness in His Belly, which
I think must proceed either from a very great
Weakness or Worms --- and also a great
appetite
, if you can think of any thing
that ould be of Service to Him on a little
Gentle Physik I will be obliged to you
to lett me know and beleive to be
