The Gentleman thinks yours a
Complicated case both prociding from ecessive venery
and the veneral however as yow are going to
Margate he would advoise yow to drinck the water
and to baith 2 or 3 times a week and lett the
medicens alone till the end of the month
yow are to take all the Strenthing things yow
conveniently cane not depress your spirits tow
much for case does not appear desperate in either
Dont be trowbled abowt the wind on your stomack
its common the water may shortly remove that
but if not mention it in your Account

your letter was delivered according to your
request, and I orderd to acquant yow that yow must take
Nourishing Diet and 3 times a week, drinck a pint of
Milk hot from the Cow, and mix in it a Table
Spoonfull of Rum. Yow are likways to take two
Viols of the Tincture and six of the Restoring
agreeable to the derections given in the book Onania
which medicines may be had of me and Cost
£2.5.
