Tale five drachms of Mercurial Ointment prepared without turpentine and two ounces of best Olive Oil Mix precisely and Label: Oil for Injection

Take four drachms of Rose Water, one scruple of Sugar of Lead, and 2 drachms of distilled Vinegar. Dissolve and sieve through paper. Label: Cooling Lotion.
