Reply to James Cunnison, concerning the case of Mr Burrel (his brother-in-law), who is now troubled with headaches. Cullen apologises for a slight delay in replying, as he has been in the country. He encloses a recipe for Cephalic Drops, saying that 'I doubt if you would get this medicine in the best condition at Hamilton and if you can easily send to Glasgow, you are likely to get it better'. He adds in a postscript that Mrs Cunnison (the patient's sister) has 'done right in changing the Opium for the Laudanum'. | 19 June 1787 | |||
