Case note describing the case of A. P., a schoolmaster, aged 32, who has suffered from severe fainting fits since he was about 20. Sometimes he falls unconscious; at other times, he remains conscious but cannot speak. When it is passing, he suffers tremors and becomes incoherent. He has tried bleeding, blistering and issues, and attributes the cause to 'grief and anxiety'. There is a faint pencil annotation 'Epilepsy' on the wrapper, also a sum.
